Authors are responsible for securing all the necessary permissions for copyrighted materials (such as texts and images) used in their papers. Authors of accepted papers are required to sign a publication agreement form that will transfer the paper’s copyright to FLC, which gives the journal the right to the global distribution, reproduction, translation, compilation, and information network dissemination of the paper. The author will retain the right to quote or compile the paper in the collection of non-periodical articles, provided that the FLC source is clearly stated and FLC is informed of the follow-up use of the article.
