Title: Exploration on the MTI Integrative Education Mode of Government-Industry-University-Research: Xi’an International Studies University as an Example
Abstract: In light of the University-Industry-Government Triple Helix Innovation Model put forward by American sociologist Henry Etzkowitz et al in the last decade of the twentieth century, and combined with the integrative translation education practice of government-industry-university-research in the School of Translation Studies of Xi’an International Studies University, this paper probes into the implementation path of the MTI integrative education mode of government-industry-university-research, and evaluates its strengths and weaknesses, to open this subject for further discussion on the integrative path of government-industry-university-research in MTI education.
