Title: Research on the Construction of CAT Lab in the New Era

Abstract: Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) technology is playing more and more important role in translation and interpreting domains in the new era when the construction of CAT labs has to be taken into consideration. Therefore, the thorough research is conducted on the basis of personal experience of the whole constructing process to drive the action into timeliness and effectiveness, scientificity and reasonability, synchronicity and expansibility in the application of qualitative research methods and from the perspective of key points, principles, targets, technical indicators, check and evaluations of the construction and to make the established CAT labs more beneficial to the teaching, practicing and researching in the CAT fields.
