Title: The Working Path Study on Integrating the “Four Types of History” Education into the Ethically-Oriented Translation Course
Abstract: The “Four Types of History” Education plays an important part in learning and practice in Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and in the ethically-oriented course teaching. Based on the Chinese-English translation course and its supplementary material, the English version of Selected Modern Chinese Essays, which is rich in ethical resources such as “Honest Poverty,” this paper explores the working path of integrating “Four Types of History” education into the ethically-oriented translation course. It has the following objectives: “choosing good teaching contents,” “designing good teaching methods,” “facilitating good teaching outcomes,” and “building a good teaching team.”
